Notre Dame defensive coordinator Al Golden spoke following Tuesday's practice as the Fighting Irish prepare for Saturday's trip to Purdue. 

On if the iPads worked on Saturday: 
”They did not. From the beginning.”

On if Notre Dame’s iPads worked and NIU’s didn’t work: 
”I don’t know. I didn’t get into it. We had too much going on to worry about it.”

On if helmet communication worked: 
”Yes, sir.
