One step forward, two steps back.
It seems like that has been the prevailing feeling of Notre Dame Football since Lou Holtz was shown the door back in the mid 90’s, and it continues to this day. Out of all the truly bad losses, the NIU game will take the cake as the worst loss in the “modern” era in my mind. Tulsa was bad.
