Notre Dame special teams coordinator Marty Biagi spoke following Tuesday's practice. 

On what punter James Rendell showed last week in practice: 
”Just preparation. Thought he did a really good job throughout the week, and we really tried to hone in on what he can do well, and gave him opportunities throughout practice. I thought Coach [Freeman] did a good job coming up with some different things to make it as ‘game-like’ as possible.
