Notre Dame’s win over Virginia on Saturday had to be a very satisfying win for the Irish seniors, and the rest of the ND team.  Everyone wants to end their last game in Notre Dame Stadium with a win, and the Irish did just that and kept their playoff hopes alive.

Eight straight wins is not an easy task, and not too many teams can or do accomplish that, so that’s another feather in Notre Dame’s cap as they try to close out their regular season on a long win streak.
