With the number of three-and-outs Notre Dame’s offense had the previous week, it was understandable to worry that a slow start might put the Irish in a bad position against a team that loves to limit possessions and dominate time of possession.

That wasn’t an issue. Notre Dame scored touchdowns on four of their first five possessions and never looked back from there.
