Marcus Freeman Notebook | College Football Playoff

Notre Dame football coach Marcus Freeman spoke on Sunday afternoon as the College Football Playoff matchups were announced. 

Opening statement:
”I’m extremely excited for this opportunity to play the first-ever home playoff game in Notre Dame Stadium versus a really good opponent. We haven't been able to study much on them yet. Just briefly started looking at them, but to go 11-1, they’ve done a great job in the Big Ten and as a program this year. Exciting times.
