Culture is important within a football program. Coaches wouldn’t give speeches on it at clinics if it wasn’t.

Preaching about good culture doesn’t bring about good culture, though. Good culture in a football program comes from the people within the program. That means coaches, players, the personnel department, support staff, and everyone. It has to come from all of those people.
