For the third year in a row, Notre Dame was looking to add a big boundary receiver in the transfer portal. They just landed a commitment from possibly the best one available.

The Irish faced Malachi Fields this season at Virginia, so they are very familiar with his game. One of the most productive pass catches in the ACC over the past two seasons, he fills an immediate need for Notre Dame.
