In talking with people in and around the Penn State program leading up to Thursday night’s Orange Bowl, it’s clear the Nittany Lions are confident.

Are they overconfident? Are they looking past Notre Dame? Is some of their confidence coming across a bit stronger than it actually is based on the nature of quick conversations?
