Noah Glover continues to pile up major scholarship offers.
Earlier this month, the 2027 Virginia linebacker added Notre Dame to that list.
“My coach called me down to the office,” Glover recalled. “He told me that Max Bullough said, 'We'd love to offer Noah.' It wasn't like a phone call that they told me or in-person. My coach actually told me, so it was something different.”
The 6-foot-2, 205-pounder also has offers from schools like Alabama, Florida State, Penn State, Michigan, Tennessee, Texas A&M, Virginia, Virginia Tech and due among others.
Still, the Irish offer caught his attention.
“It was cool,” the Battlefield High School standout said. “Notre Dame's a top school, I know that for sure. They're championship contenders a lot of the time, so it was awesome.”
Glover has talked to Bullough, the Irish linebackers coach, a couple times.
“He seems like a really chill guy,” said Glover. “He seems like he'll really push you to try to get where you want to get to.”
Glover is eager to continue the process with Notre Dame.
“Definitely get up there, see what the campus is like, and then I really want to have a feel for the coaches and the facilities there for sure,” he said.
“That's the next step for me; to get up there.”
He doesn’t have any dates in mind, though.
“As of right now, I don't really know,” he said. “I will probably talk to Coach Bullough soon to see if I can get up there sometime.”
He is planning stops at Georgia, Ohio State, Rutgers and Tennessee as well this summer.
He doesn’t have a timeline for an ultimate decision.
“I don't know, probably next year,” said Glover. “I'm not quite sure when, but probably next year.”
He isn’t in a rush, but he has an idea of what will matter most when he is choosing.
“Definitely the coaching staff, the facilities. When I step there, if I could feel like somewhere that I can live or it feels like a home.”
