Tommy Kraemer, team lead of the Golden Legacy Team at Coldwell Banker Real Estate Group, has been named to Coldwell Banker’s prestigious 2025 “30 Under 30” list, which honors young professionals making exceptional strides in real estate, leadership, and community impact.
The award recognizes just 30 rising stars under the age of 30 from a global network of over 100,000
Coldwell Banker-affiliated agents across more than 2,700 offices in 47 countries and territories.
Kraemer, a former Notre Dame football standout, was selected for his impressive sales performance, entrepreneurial leadership, and commitment to serving the South Bend community.

Since joining the real estate industry, Kraemer has helped position the Golden Legacy Team as a top-
performing group specializing in homes near the University of Notre Dame, including new construction, luxury listings, and investment properties. His focus on client experience, integrity, and innovation has helped attract clients from across the country.
