Pat Narduzzi has been a familiar foe for Notre Dame football since 2007 as the defensive coordinator at Michigan State. He coached against the Irish seven times as an assistant and four times since he’s been the head coach at Pitt.
His team is 0-4 against the Irish and if we dip back into his time as an assistant, he’s zero for his last seven.
In some ways, Pitt’s program has overachieved while he’s been at the helm.
