Top 2027 ATH Jack Brown Looking At Multiple Notre Dame Visits
Since a pair of visits to South Bend this spring Jack Brown has stayed in touch with the staff at Notre Dame.
“Coach (Harris) Bivin, Coach (Nick) Sebastian, Myron (Tagovailoa-Amosa), those are probably the top three guys,” the 2027 Missouri athlete says.
“They just really want me, both sides of the ball too.”
The 6-foot-5, 220-pounder is being recruited by the Irish - and other schools - as a tight end and/or edge defender.
The Francis Howell Central standout was at Notre Dame for visits in April and June. He was impressed each time and is already making plans to return again…and again.
“I think I'm going to go for two games,” says Brown, who wants to get back twice to make sure both of his parents get the chance to experience a gameday in South Bend.
In addition to Notre Dame, Brown has dozens of offers from schools like Missouri, Kansas State, Illinois, Michigan, Michigan State, Nebraska, Penn State, Oklahoma, Texas, Texas A&M, Tennessee, Miami, Alabama and USC among several others.
He’s also considering fall visits to schools like Missouri, Kansas State, Illinois, Michigan and Ohio State.
He’s paid some attention to the Irish’s 2026 recruiting.
“I have a little bit,” Brown says. “I know they just picked up a nice tight end and they just got a commit or two in the 27 class.
“I definitely do just because playing time and all of that is definitely important to me.”
He certainly understands that the Irish almost being finished in the Class of 2026 means they’ll be devoting more attention to the Class of 2027 moving forward.
“It feels nice just because I've been recruited since my freshman year and there's always been classes ahead of me, so the attention hasn't always been directly on my class or me,” he says.
“Now that it is, it's pretty special.”
Brown plans to cut his list down in the coming months.
I don't have a date yet, but it'll be sometime in the fall or early winter.
