The Irish landed a legitimate jewel in elite 2027 quarterback Teddy Jarrard‍, who announced his commitment to Notre Dame on Thursday.

The Georgia signal-caller has an incredible football IQ, the athleticism to extend plays, the arm to make throws that some current college quarterbacks simply cannot and the character and work ethic to go along with them.

“He's got impeccable integrity,” North Cobb High School head coach Shane Queen says.
