Notre Dame’s 2027 quarterback recruiting strategy was a hot topic for months as Gino Guidulgi didn’t send out an offer until June 21.

Guidugi knew what he was doing. One of the two offers he sent out went to Teddy Jarrard, who committed to the Fighting Irish earlier this week, as Notre Dame beat out Clemson, Georgia, Ohio State, and Penn State.
