Notre Dame head coach Marcus Freeman spoke following Sunday's 27-24 loss to Miami.

On the loss: 
“First of all, I'm obviously disappointed with the outcome. It was a top-10 fight, you know? Came down to a three-point game versus the hell of a football team. Our guys got a lot of confidence to build off of. There's obviously a lot out there that we didn't do well. But there are some things we did do well.
