Purdue was one of the worst teams in the country last season. That was on full display against Notre Dame when the Irish embarrassed them. It was 42-0 at half with 278 yards rushing. 9.8 yards per play vs 2.9 YPP for Purdue in the first 30 minutes really sums it up well.

They are a completely different team this season. There were 15 players on offense who played 200+ snaps on offense for Purdue last season. Only two of them are still on the team.
