I don’t think I’m wrong in saying that there was a certain amount of dread for Notre Dame fans heading into this game against Arkansas. It’s not that they didn’t believe the Irish would win, but it felt like the kind of game that could end up being a nail-biter with both offenses trading blows for four quarters.
It looked like it could have been that early in the game with Taylen Green throwing a seed versus cover two on the opening drive for a 35-yard gain.
