Notre Dame receiver Jaden Greathouse will miss Saturday’s game against Boise State with a right thigh injury, per a source.
The 6-foot-1, 212-pounder was injured at practice late this week, but the expectation is that Greathouse won’t miss too much time.
In 2025, Greathouse has recorded four receptions for 73 yards through four games, splitting time with graduate transfer Will Pauling.
Notre Dame does have depth at the slot position, so the Irish should be fine against a pesky Boise State defense. Pauling has totaled seven catches for 95 yards and a touchdown this year, while redshirt freshman Logan Saldate and sophomore Matt Jeffery are also options.
Greathouse has been a staple in the Notre Dame offense during his first three years on campus. In 2024, Greathosue tallied 42 catches for 592 yards and four touchdowns, which included back-to-back 100-yard games against Penn State and Ohio State in the College Football Playoff.
