Marcus Freeman has stated from day one that Notre Dame would be an OL/DL driven program. 

Saturday was a prime example of that messaging. 

Notre Dame dominated Navy and it has become a familiar story each year under Freeman’s guidance. 

The Fighting Irish outrushed Navy 249-206 and even won time of possession, which is a rare occurrence and even more impressive when you consider Notre Dame’s explosive offense.
