Khalil Terry‍ and his support circle knew what they were looking for and following a second trip to South Bend last weekend, they found it.

That’s why the 2027 California safety announced his commitment to Notre Dame earlier this week. 

“Khalil has a pretty good idea of what he needs,” his father Mike Victor told Irish Sports Daily earlier this week.
