Top 20 WRs in the Class of 2018

The evolution of 7 on 7 in the off season has helped the development of young quarterbacks, but it's had just as big of an impact on receivers. They get so many more reps before they get to college today than they did even ten years ago. From that, more and more elite wide receivers have emerged to become stars at the next level.

As I was ranking the top 10 wide receiver recruits in the 2018 class for ISD, I realized that there were quite a few prospects that I really liked that missed the cut.
