National Signing Day brings many dramatic and even memorable moments in the lore of college football recruiting. 

Wednesday was exceptionally quiet for the Fighting Irish, and that was a phenomenal development as all 27 commits signed. 

Notre Dame head coach Marcus Freeman and General Manager Mike Martin spoke, and it was anything but quiet.
