Notre Dame and Keon Keeley will have a chance to complete a full-circle moment thanks to the Transfer Portal.
The former Alabama defensive lineman is expected to take a visit to Notre Dame as a source confirms Tom Loy’s initial report.
As of now, the Florida native is expected to be in South Bend on Wednesday.
The 6-foot-5, 282-pounder played multiple positions during his three seasons at Alabama, which hindered his development, but he could play big end or three-tech at Notre Dame.
2025 was Keeley’s best season for the Crimson Tide as he recorded 13 tackles and three sacks on the year. Keeley came up big in the final moments at South Carolina with a clutch sack and then had the best game of his career against Oklahoma, where he made four tackles and one sack.
Over the last two seasons, Keeley has played 191 snaps and is credited with 11 quarterback pressures.
The former Berkeley Prep (Fla.) star was a long-time Notre Dame commitment before flipping to Alabama during his high school recruitment.
Notre Dame is expected to battle Florida, North Carolina and USC in this one.
