Transfer Portal Scouting Notes |CB DJ McKinney and CB Jayden Sanders

Notre Dame fans were patiently waiting for them to make a splash in the transfer portal and they finally did so today by adding four players (and counting). Probably the most intriguing additions are in the secondary with them signing DJ McKinney and Jayden Sanders.

McKinney went into last season as a top NFL Draft prospect after he shined playing opposite Travis Hunter at Colorado in 2024. He saw a ton of targets with many teams trying to avoid Hunter and had tremendous ball production.
