Although Notre Dame is losing some big time talent on offense, they didn’t exactly have a ton of spots that needed to be filled via the transfer portal. That’s primarily because most of the replacements for that big time talent are already in house.
One spot where they would benefit by adding someone to compete would be at boundary wide receiver. That’s why the staff went out and got former Ohio State receiver Quincy Porter.
