Notre Dame basketball needed a feel-good moment and that happened on Saturday afternoon. 

The Irish have won just three times since December 30th, 2025 and hadn’t won by double digits since December 13. 

For a team that’s taken body blow after body blow since late December, Saturday’s win wasn’t just about the score. It was about pride and that matters for the Notre Dame program. 

There’s still fight in the program.
