Blue-Gold Game
Notre Dame Stadium| 2:00 PM ET | Peacock | Roster | Visitor List
Five Players To Watch
RB Nolan James Jr. and RB Jonaz Walton
Notre Dame will only have two scholarship backs live, so it’ll be interesting to see how long they go. Enjoy it while they’re in as Notre Dame will turn to walk-ons to carry a big load on Saturday with Aneyas Williams, Kedren Young and Javian Osborne out.
WR Mylan Graham
It’s the first time Graham will get to play inside Notre Dame Stadium and he’ll be looking to make an impression. As with most starters, Graham likely won’t be playing long, but Notre Dame fans will be able to see why he moves differently than just about every other receiver in the room.
Notre Dame’s Defensive Line
Large humans. Notre Dame returns many familiar names, but the new additions are going to impact the game. Keep an eye on early enrollees Rodney Dunham and Ebenezer Ewetade off the edge.
LB Ko’o Kia
It’ll be the first real action inside Notre Dame Stadium for the Hawaii native. Kia loves to hit and he’ll be unleashed on Saturday afternoon. One area of his game to watch is his pass coverage as he has no issues getting downhill.
S Joey O’Brien
The gem of Notre Dame’s recruiting class will make his debut in the blue and gold. O’Brien has had a nice spring and will have a chance to gain some momentum heading into a key stretch of the offseason. He’ll also have plenty of reps on Saturday as Adon Shuler and Tae Johnson likely won’t see too many plays.
