Notre Dame’s offseason schedule should be a fascinating watch from inside the wall of The Gug. 

It’s a rare offseason where there aren’t too many position battles (on paper) given the amount of returning production on both sides of the ball. Yet, Marcus Freeman has driven home that no job is safe with his emphasis on competition. 

An example would be at linebacker.
