Notre Dame special teams coordinator Marty Biagi spoke following Thursday’s practice. 

On punter Jasper Scaife: 
“He's had a really good summer. We were glad we were able to get him in in January. It was a quick turnaround, quick process. And so kudos to our whole administration and the academics, everybody, to be able to get him in and really just get familiar with the game.
