Curt Cignetti might be the best coach in college football, but he’s got some learning to do.

Earlier this week, Cignetti went on Big Ten Network and fired some shots at Notre Dame.

"I’d like to play Notre Dame,” Cignetti said. “They ought to come to our place twice, and we’ll go there once, since they’re not in a conference. It’d be a great in-state game.
