There are few players in the country as coveted as 2028 Christian Academy of Louisville (Ky.) defensive lineman Kellan Hall‍.

The consensus five-star prospect has put together an incredibly aggressive fall visit schedule that will see him travel across the country for 10 games this fall.

At the moment, Hall is scheduled to visit Georgia, Kentucky, Michigan, Notre Dame, Ohio State, Oklahoma, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas and Texas A&M over the next three months.

The Fighting Irish have made a major push for Hall, and he has developed strong relationships with several members of Notre Dame’s coaching staff.

“Coach Partridge coming down from the NFL and Coach Sebas (Nick Sebastian) recruiting me along with Coach (Marcus) Freeman and Coach (Chris) Ash, all of them keeping in touch with me every day, every week,” Hall said when asked what stands out about Notre Dame. “And just telling me good luck in my game.”

Hall has developed relationships with several head coaches throughout the country, but Freeman’s willingness to consistently make time for him has stood out.

“Coach Freeman, it's hard for a head coach to find time to talk to a player,” stated Hall. “But talking to a 2028 and telling me things I can work on, phone calls and giving me the time of day is something that's very special.”

It’s still incredibly early in Hall’s recruiting process, meaning every program has plenty of work to do. Still, it’s clear Freeman and Notre Dame have already made a positive impression.

“You want a full team that's invested in you from top down,” explained Hall. “To have the head coach, who has a lot going on, he's starting the season, and he’s still a father at the end of the day, for him to have time and take it out of his day to talk to me is something that I'd have to take into consideration.”

Notre Dame has hosted Hall multiple times, but bringing him back to campus for the Miami game will offer a different experience for the Kentucky native.

He’s seen game day, practice and spoken to many different folks around the program.

But when asked what has stood out the most about Notre Dame, Hall immediately pointed to the culture.

“The culture they built,” stated Hall. “For a long time, they've had a very high culture, very rich culture. When I went up there for a game, the fans were into it, the students were very into it and you had NFL legends everywhere you looked.

“Jerome Bettis was out there, and his sons, and they also got NFL kids on the team. So seeing that, it's something you wanna be around. It's a culture and standard that’s been built and they're gonna keep on building that.”
