One could argue that a game where the defense shuts out their opponent, only gives up 53 yards on the first 10 drives, and holds an offense to three plays or less on eight of those drives qualifies as a “no notes” performance.
That wouldn’t be very fun, though. I’m happy to share plenty of good notes about the Irish defense.
It says it all that Leonard Moore only had to play 14 snaps. The defense truly dominated.
