Notre Dame football coach Marcus Freeman spoke Monday afternoon as the Irish prepare to face Purdue.

Opening statement:
“It was a good tough win versus a tough physical opponent on Saturday and a lot of good film to evaluate and still a lot of areas we can improve from. I thought we had a couple opportunities to really put the game away and we didn't capitalize off of it.
