Notre Dame football coach Marcus Freeman spoke for the final time before Saturday's game against North Carolina. 

On teams moving away from using tempo on offense and if Notre Dame can use tempo:
“I think every team wants to have tempo in their system to be able to use it when necessary. It could be a two-minute situation, it could be we need to change the pace to have success.

“Why so many teams get away, I don't have that answer.
