Notre Dame is exactly where folks expected them to be at the halfway point of the season.
The Fighting Irish are a perfect 6-0 and boast the No. 4 scoring offense (44.0 ppg) and the No. 4 scoring defense (11.0 ppg) in the country.
On Saturday, Notre Dame beat Stanford 58-7, which everyone saw coming, minus folks who took the Cardinal to cover a 39.5-point spread.
