One point.
It feels like more than that because Notre Dame has lost so many close games in the last two and half years. But one point to a top 15 team feels, at least to some, almost worse than getting blown out.
That’s the impression I get from a lot of Notre Dame fans. They are sick and tired of being close. They want to win these games. Being competitive is not even close to good enough, not after what everyone witnessed last season.
I feel the frustration from everyone.
