Notre Dame Offer Surprises, Excites 2019 CA RB

Austin Jones‍ had a nice surprise waiting for him when the 2019 California running back got out of practice on Tuesday night.

“We just got out film session, got out of practice and Notre Dame offered me,” the 5-foot-10, 190-pounder said.

“That’s crazy.”

Jones got the news from Notre Dame assistant Brian Polian.

“He hit me on Twitter and said, ‘We want to make you a scholarship offer,’” Jones explained.
