ISD Game Predictions: North Carolina

The Notre Dame football team is off to a hot 4-1 start.  North Carolina has suffered a tremendous amount of season-ending injuries and are trying to weather the storm.  Will a 1-win Tar Heel team rise to the occasion to upset the Irish in Chapel Hill on Saturday?
