Brian Kelly Notebook: Defense, Injuries and Miami

Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly spoke after Thursday’s practice for the final time before heading to Miami for Saturday’s showdown. 

On injuries:
QB Brandon Wimbush:No ill effects from the hand. He did everything and got most of the swelling out of the hand. He wore a glove with a pad on it. Whether he does that on Saturday, I’m not really sure. 

RB Josh Adams: He had a good week. His player load was up all week.
