Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly discussed his team’s 41-8 loss at Miami on Saturday night. 

On the loss: 
They deserved to win. We didn’t see this coming. We felt like we were prepared to play at a high level, and we did not. We simply have to coach better. We have to play and execute better against Navy.
