There is no doubt that Notre Dame pulled off an impressive recruiting win by landing Houston Griffith earlier this week. They worked hard to stay in the race despite his commitment to Florida State and it obviously paid off. He now becomes one of the highest ranked commitments in the class and I think he’ll have a chance to compete for significant playing time as early as this season either at safety or cornerback.
