Chip Long Notebook: Citrus Bowl

Notre Dame offensive coordinator Chip Long spoke on Wednesday morning about his first year in South Bend and the matchup against LSU on Monday in the 2018 Citrus Bowl. 

On progression as a play caller in 2017:
“It's been different. My play card, they slide off our players and what they do well and the matchups we try to create with that. You know, I came from Memphis where we threw for 4,000 yards, and at Notre Dame, we rushed for 4,000 yards. So it was a different dynamic.
