Notre Dame "Definitely" Has Shammond Cooper's Interest

Shammond Cooper landed an offer from Notre Dame last March and the 2019 St. Louis linebacker made the trip out to South Bend later that month.
The 6-foot-2, 195-pounder has stayed in touch with the Irish ever since, specifically with defensive backs coach Todd Lyght and linebackers coach Clark Lea.
