Big Improvement for the Irish Defense in 2017

Notre Dame received some great news on Monday when it was announced that their two best players in the front seven, Te’Von Coney and Jerry Tillery, were both coming back for one last ride with the Irish. Then they received more good news when Jonathan Bonner decided to go back on his earlier decision to leave school after his fourth year and would be coming back to the team.

That makes it ten returning starters for the Irish and they lose only three players on the entire two deep.
