2018 NC State DE Commit Talks Notre Dame Offer

A new name was added to Notre Dame’s 2018 recruiting board on Wednesday night, when the Irish extended an offer to 2018 North Carolina State commit Derrick Eason‍.

The 6-foot-4, 250-pounder from Norfolk, Va., was informed of the offer by his high school coach and then spoke with Notre Dame defensive line coach Mike Elston, who explained the Irish still had an open spot at defensive end this recruiting cycle.
