No one becomes a legend based on what they do during spring ball. It may be the only reason people remember the name Junior Jabbie, but he’s become more of a spring ball folk tale than anything else. It’s practice and practice is not what gets any football fan out of the bed in the morning.

These practices are huge for the players and the staff, though. These practices are what established the culture and fundamentals for the defense last season.
