2020 MI LB Cornell Wheeler Fired Up For Notre Dame Return

Cornell Wheeler‍ made a quick stop at Notre Dame last spring with his Rising Stars group out of Michigan and the trip made enough of an impression on the 2020 linebacker that he’ll be back for this weekend’s Junior Day.

“When I visited Notre Dame, the coaches actually talked to me and I saw a lot of love,” the 6-foot-1, 220-pound sophomore said. “That’s why I like Notre Dame. And the campus is wonderful.
