Notre Dame head coach Brian Kelly spoke post-practice on Thursday. 

On Tommy Kraemer at left guard:
“Today was his first day there. He’s a 315-318-pounder and a big kid. We wanted to take a look at him. We’re in departmental exams, so he didn’t practice on Tuesday and had some guys not practice today. It’s in flux. We want to get a good look at him at guard. We’re going to have a better sense of that at the end of the spring.
