Notre Dame defensive coordinator Clark Lea spoke following Tuesday’s spring practice. 

On Drue Tranquill’s move to Buck:
“He’s handled the position really well. It’s a fit for him. He’s a big, strong, explosive player. He handles himself well tackle to tackle. That position also has to play in space, so some of the things he learned at Rover he has applied to what he’s doing at Buck.
